The Society for Universal Sacred Music Call for Scores Program now accepting submissions online! 

The Society for Universal Sacred Music Call for Scores Program now accepts submissions online. We are seeking works for choir, soloists with choir, or solo songs with or without accompaniment.

There are two categories. Our Open Call for Scores is a general category and accepts works on an ongoing basis. Works accepted as part of the Open Call for Scores are held in consideration for future performances.

Our Call for Scores for the 2014 Festival of Universal Sacred Music requires all works to focus on the 2014 Festival theme of forgiveness. The deadline for submitting works for consideration in the 2014 Festival is June 1, 2014. Works will be reviewed as they are received and those accepted will become part of a final round held after the deadline. During the final round works will be selected for inclusion in the 2014 Festival to be held in New York City. An honorarium will be given to those works chosen for performance at the 2014 Festival and the compositions will be added to our archive of new works. Composers will be notified shortly after the deadline if their works have been selected for the 2014 Festival of Universal Sacred Music.
